I myself have been living for 7 years in the Balkans. Before I moved to the Balkans, I worked in various positions with German tour operators. Amongst them were Bucher Reisen (Thomas Cook) and an LTU International Airways subsidiary where I was the head of product management. I understand the requirements of Western tour operators concerning safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and price sensitivity. And on these values me and my staff focus daily.
